Service Description

Why Individual Counseling: Therapy helps individuals navigate difficult issues they face, especially when living a fast-paced life and encountering numerous challenges. People struggle with stress at work, difficult relationships, anxiety, anger, marital issues, parenting, time management, burnout, job loss, the death of a loved one, domestic violence, divorce, natural disasters, suicidal thoughts, loss, grief, and trauma. Each person needs to take the initiative in caring for themselves to stay well and function effectively. Therapy provides tools and insights to manage these mental health issues effectively. Approaches to Counselling: Face-to-Face and Online Using a CBT approach to establish a therapeutic relationship, we aim to understand individuals and help them feel safe in a confidential space. We conceptualize cases by exploring automatic thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physiological issues, implementing strategies to set goals, evaluate progress, and collaborate on action plans throughout therapy. Counselling and therapy empower people to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. As someone rightly put it, 'everyone needs counselling'. Seeking therapy is not a stigma but a step towards wellness and a healthy life.
