Member care offers the positive ownership of caring for each other. The care of the personnel is a vital and integral part of the organization. Membercare is basically caring for one another with accountability. Member Care is a great challenge. It involves care for the leader, staff, team, families, children and finally and practical welfare for all who are involved in the organization which includes specific things such as pension, insurance, yearly vacation, sabbatical, medical care, housing after retirement, and other retirement benefits. These have to be positively addressed. How can we help people within their own culture, traditions, personal beliefs and customs? People struggle in moving out of their cultures, environments and move across the borders trying to adapt and adjust in new culture(s). Most of them are sent by their agencies with much orientation of many do's and don'ts. In spite of this, many are not able to cope. Thus issue of care becomes very important for them. Attrition during the first term of service and various other attrition through their years of service for both good and bad factors raises concerns to coach and care for this community of people.
